Each Glow Jr. Leader's Guide corresponds with two issues of the Glow Jr. devotional, for a complete FOUR MONTHS of lessons. Filled with educational stories of Baptist history, it also takes you on exciting missionary journeys. There are skits and games for each week's lesson that make learning fun. The Leader's Guide is an invaluable tool for any Children's Ministry Worker or Junior Church program.
The May-June lessons are based on Siblings in the Bible. The themes are: Watchful (Cain and Abel); Diligence (Ham, Shem, and Japheth); Sharing (Jacob and Esau); Nice Words (Leah and Rachel); Brotherly Love (Joseph and his brothers); Useful (Moses and Aaron); Sympathetic (Mary, Martha, and Lazarus); Willing (Peter and Andrew); and Servant-Hearted (James and John).
The July-August lessons are Kids Under Construction. The themes are: Faith - The Foundation; Commissioned - Following the Blueprints; Equipped - Fill Your Tool Belt; Balanced - Living on the Level; Family - God's Framework; Separated - Insulation from the world; Trust - The Trusses that Cover; Forgiveness - What it Costs; and Sanctification - Sanding it Smooth.
